Sean Terry is the real deal. He has over 20 years experience in the business and a wealth of information. Not only will you get to know how to a deal from start to finish but you will learn to navigate very complex situations that will come up if you do this long enough. Getting access to a wealth of knowledge and how to navigate upcoming changes in the industry and staying competitive to keep doing deals is alone worth the money. Highly recommend one of the best in the industry to learn from.

I stumbled on Sean Terry's Flip 2 Freedom program with ZERO real estate background and a reluctance to phone conversations/. Little did I know, this encounter would shape my life in ways I never imagined possible.First off, Sean Terry's program didn't just teach me the mechanics of wholesale real estate... it instilled in me a newfound confidence and connected me with a community of like-minded individuals. This may sound like an exaggeration but Sean Terry & the Deal Syndicate program with Flip2Freedom literally saved my life. Being a prior US Navy veteran & Christian by background, I immediately gravitated towards Sean after learning that he doesn't just teach from theory and that he's actually still in this business and still in the trenches, having done this for over 20 years now. I learned that we share common core values and that was important for me because it helped to develop great amounts of trust & belief in the system early on. At the time when I started the program in 2022, I had already left the military a few years prior. I was burning myself out and working full-time, 60-80/hrs a week as an electrical engineer. Outside of that, I was running two other businesses & I needed a way out. Despite not having a real estate background, wholesaling always piqued my interest & I knew that Sean was the go-to guy for this based on doing my own research and due diligence. I will say I was not an overnight success, but I followed the system and did everything that was taught. I attached myself to my Deal Syndicate mentor's hip, and followed the blueprint to every detail. I got several contracts within my first few months but only closed my first deal after 5 months for $13,000!!!After getting my first check, it snowballed into me getting my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and so on. My first year in business, I made nearly $300,000 and left my engineering career forever!!!Thank you so much Sean Terry & Flip2Freedom. My life & my family's life is forever changed!!! 🙏🏻
I purchased the Deal Syndicate from Sean Terry back in Nov. of 2023. Along with Deal Syndicate also purchased Retail Buyer Profits, PPC Secrets, and Lead Generation Boot Camp. With everything I would say I spent 10,000. At first, my thoughts were positive about the program and even landed a deal where we made 15,000 with the help of another teacher/mentor in the program. So at this point, I was looking forward to the program and the future. Then I ran the numbers In a matter of 3 months from the time I started to close I had spent 4,500 in Google ads keep in mind these ads were set up exactly how Sean teaches in the program and even paid one of his experts to review my ads. So after getting 15,000 had to pay the guy that helped 50% so that was 7500 and then had to cover what I put on the card so 4500 plus cover the next 60 days of ads of 3000. The only one who made money on this was the guy who was helping me close my first deal. Kinda a joke we took all the risk and he made all the money. During the first 90 days, they include weekly zooms but after those 90 days they charge you $500 per month to attend these zooms and that's after spending 10,000 in training and events. From what I can tell Sean, it's just doing a money pole and it's extremely greedy, and DO NOT recommend his program at all. 6 months later I had made no money from his program and still had 4,600 of credit card debt that I had to pay off. Luckily I found a program that is $20 per month that works been a part of it for 60 days and already profited 3,300 profit without spending a ton get this they don't charge you for their live and training below Sean's out of the water. I do not recommend this program at all there's no reason or benefit to join. They are literally just going to drive every penny out of your bank account and make you feel like it's a good thing. Total SCAM
I used to be a fan of flip 2 freedom. I bought a few of his courses but at the end he didn’t do what he said on his last course which was “The Escape Plan”It was supposed to be the most in depth course and was promised when purchased it would be regularly updated when the market changes. 4years later and nothing updated or never responded to whenever I would ask in the discord,fb group,or coaching calls about any updates. Keep your money to me there are better places to invest your money. I’m not happy at all
Deal Syndicate has been an incredible program since I started. The community is incredibly supportive, helping everyone with aspects they may not be familiar with. I took Sean's Down payment arbitrage, remote millions, and ppc secrets course. I did six figures prior to this course in real estate but I didn't even realize how much money I was leaving on the table.
