My parents used to take the train into Chicago just to get crepes. When I was stuck for a gift, I remembered my sister told me about Flipcrêpes.com. I ordered the mixes, a pan, and some tools. They arrived quickly and as described. They love everything! Since half of us in the fam are gluten intolerant, it’s awesome to be able to enjoy as a group. The texture and flavor are wonderful (buckwheat and vanilla). We haven’t figured out how to recreate the creamier sweet crepe fillings yet, but there are a lot of great savory recipes on the website. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience!
