Whilst I found the process of creating a magazine on Flipsnack very good, I cannot say the same for their customer service operators.As I work in an educational establishment, I asked one operator if we were allowed a discount on their Starter pricing package. He said yes and sent me a link for a 30% discount. He explained that the discount was valid for 24 hours.Having had this approved by my line manager, I contacted Flipsnack the next day to commence with the Starter package. I was told that the discount was invalid. (However the 24 hour period had not expired at that time ) The woman I had a conversation with was quite unhelpful. She didn't explain why the discount code was suddenly no longer valid and insisted I was in the wrong. Hence giving Flipsnack 2 stars for customer service.
