My experience with FlipZ has been a nightmare.1. No Communication: Their "support" is non-existent. Emails go unanswered, the chat is unresponsive, and the contact number provided blocks all incoming calls. You literally cannot reach them.2. The Issue: I purchased an iPhone SE (Order #FZC34793), received a faulty unit, and returned it immediately. The return was completed on Nov 11th.3. The Result: It has been over a month, and I have received neither my replacement iPhone 7 Plus nor a refund of my ₹5,124.They have taken my money and cut off contact. This is not how a legitimate business operates. Highly NOT recommended.
