The worst service I’ve used in a while.
I booked FlixBus as it was my only option to get to the airport. However the coach never arrived. Five of us were stranded in the cold weather at the bust stop for more than an hour, freezing. The customer service was absolutely terrible with no help at all! Not only they couldn’t tell us when the coach would arrive but also wouldn’t refund the tickets if the delay was less than 2 hours. We were forced to book a taxi eventually so we don’t miss our flights and had to spend a ridiculous amount of money.
