My journey was delayed by over 50 minutes and as a result I missed my connecting transport. When I raised an issue with customer service and asked for a compensation they said they wouldn’t be able to help as the journey was only delayed by under 120 minutes, as if any other time under this time frame isn’t significant to the customer. I had to rebook another connecting transport due to no fault of my own. I understand that there are sometimes unexpected delays in transport but the customer deserves compensation at least if the company’s at fault. Absolutely pathetic service. To top it off the driver was playing loud music throughout the journey from 21:30-00:00. Would not recommend anyone to make use of their service, especially if you have to catch a flight afterwards as that could just make you go skint.
