ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
took the bus on two occasions and lost £40.48. the first time the bus never ended up arriving even though i had arrived at the bus stop 20 minutes before the departure time. second time the bus came but the driver didn’t want to drive and had shouted at me saying that the bus wasn’t in service when it was…. i contacted the flix team with my booking reference and all the evidence to prove the bus never left, i even took a picture of the number plate of the bus. but that still wasn’t enough and the flix team also lied as said my booking reference number doesn’t exist on their system. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH FIX BUS!!!
