The most horrible travel experience I have ever had in my life. My flight arrived 20mins after 5am on 20th March 2026 at Heathrow. Waited till 08:20 am for this bus from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Birmingham only for the driver to tell me I have food items in my luggage, so he isn't gonna pick me. As though he was joking, he drove off after smoking on me. leaving me and my luggage at the bus terminal. This Driver was a real Jerk.
