Driving to the wrong destination!

Bus from Copenhagen to Berlin. During the ride, the bus (twice) drives in the wrong direction and had to turn around. First time, the driver takes the freeway almost all the way to Storebæltsbroen (bridge between Sealand and Fyn), as if the bus should go to Hamburg, not Berlin. Second time, the bus drives towards the wrong ferry crossing. Its also a ferry link to Germany, but it departs from another town in Denmark, and it’s the ferry you take if you want to go to Hamburg. I can see that the bus driver uses a GPS on his phone, which is set to the wrong ferry crossing.We try to explain to the driver that he is driving the wrong way - but he doesn’t speak English and very little German. Only Italian. We call Flixbus, to get them to contact their driver and stop him before he drives the bus onto the wrong ferry - but Flixbus doesn’t have contact details to the driver (which did not feel very safe). It was absolutely absurd and we didn’t know whether to laugh or be upset. The bus was going the wrong way and we couldn’t communicate to the driver, to get him to stop. Finally, a passenger manages to explain it to the driver, and the driver (for the second time) turns the bus around. In total, we were over three hours late. We only received information once, when the bus driver found someone to translate for him and a passenger made an announcement on behalf of the bus driver, that we would be two hours late. When the two hours became three hours, there were no further information.No partial or full refund from Flixbus. They wrote me, that they only refund unused tickets. Come on guys,…. How bad or delayed does a ride have to be before you decided that its good customer service to offer some kind of refund or discount code (anything really?). Instead, they wrote me that they hope, that I can see how they are doing their best, and hope to welcome be onboard Flixbus again. Well…. Not likely.
