My first Flixbus experience - Copenhagen-Brussels via Amsterdam - was a really good one... and adventurous too. No claim about Flixbu's organisation, on the contrary However, in Amsterdam there was a problem with a rather angry guy who made troubles because he pretended having paid for his trip, but which he could not proove ! I have admired the cool attitude of the "steward" - a young guy - who remained very calm, though the troublemaker became aggressive (in wiords only) . For his part, the driver called the Police and after 30 minutes discussions we finally could start. The driver was very kind, I mean extremely kind, He informed the passengers what has happened and why we had to wait 30 minutes sitting in the bus. To be mentionned also that this very professional driver gives some useful & interesting informations during the whole ride, Finally, we arrived in Brussels almost on due time !Short, a very good experience, that I will renew asap :-)
