Great trip on comfortable bus and perhaps luckily for me the bus wasn't packed, so I had two seats to myself. And when you travel for 6 hours on a bus it does matter that you have some space. Apart from the bus being comfortable, it was also a relaxing trip. Not much noise on the bus, the driver did a great job and it felt very smooth, and the driver also made me feel very welcome from the start. For me, great service is everything. So when you show up at the bus stop and the driver immediately says "welcome", offers you to jump onboard to get out of the rain and then he'll deal with your bags - that's great service!
