Was left stranded in Porto. They sent an email saying the bus was not marked as FlixBus a few minutes before scheduled departure. No announcement from the driver if the bus did indeed arrive at the terminal, they never confirmed nor denied the bus arrived.Only communication was with an online chat whom never offered another seat on a later bus, refund or resolution of any kind. Nor did they definitively stat the bus was there.The session ended with:I believe I’ve addressed your concern thoroughly and provided complete assistance, I truly hope the support was helpful and met your expectations. {Call Terminated}I.e., we are done, we have your money, we will not return it, offer alternative transport, or engage in any more communication.
