I'm sharing my experience with the service, as I was quite disappointed with their fluctuating prices and overall service. We had booked a return trip between two cities but noticed shortly before departure that the date was incorrect. When I attempted to change it about 24 hours ahead, the initial price difference was €119. This was a considerable amount, so I took a moment to think it over. When I reopened the app shortly after, the price had jumped to €133. Concerned it would rise further, I booked immediately. I kept tracking the prices for the same bus and noted the following: 10:06 – €133, 10:09 – €148.76, 10:11 – €151.76, 10:15 – €151.76 (an increase of nearly 28% in just 9 minutes), and 14:56 – €144.76 (possibly after an algorithm reset). Such rapid fluctuations seem excessive and unfair, pressuring customers to book right away. Furthermore, the service reliability was lacking. The bus to one city was about an hour and a half late, with no apology or explanation provided. This lack of accountability was both surprising and frustrating. The limited alternatives available make matters worse, as the service appears to have a near-monopoly on several routes, leaving travelers with few options. Such pricing practices and service standards feel even more unjust without real choices. While the service may be convenient, this experience highlights serious issues with their pricing.
