I have been traveling regularly with this service between two cities for the past month. My ticket is for 9 PM, and until today, drivers had always allowed me to board the earlier service without issue (same ticket price). However, today, one driver refused me entry despite the bus being mostly empty. This is unacceptable, especially considering the frequent delays (10, 20, sometimes even 30 minutes) that customers are expected to tolerate. Yet, when a small act of flexibility could assist a customer, the rules suddenly become strict. This inconsistency shows a lack of respect. Cheap tickets are not worth it if you’re treated as if you don’t matter. I opted for an alternative service instead. I strongly recommend reconsidering booking with them.
