Bus was on time, clean and comfortable. Extremely rude driver. Customer in front of me in the boarding queue politely asked (in French) if they could board. Driver said “no” and continued talking to his colleague. When I tried to board he pointed to my shopping bag and said , rudely, “put that in the hold”, I didn’t know there was a no food policy - he could have politely explained. Another solo passenger asked for help loading her bags - he just said “put your bags in the hold” very rudely. My husband offered to help her instead. Even if there is a questionable policy of not helping customers with their hold baggage, there is no excuse for not speaking to customers in a friendly and polite manner. 1 Feb 14:30 Lyon - Grenoble
