Cheap tickets but no travel. Absolutely horrible experience with this company and their client service. My bus was supposed to leave at 15:45. We receive a mail saying that the bus is delayed to 16:30, a whole 45 mins later. Ok, its raining, I am going to find some cover and keep checking the tracker. Nothing changes until 16:05 where the tracker says that the bus has now left at 16:01 and is now gone. I try to contact the costumer service which tries to tell me that it is not their fault. They did not expect me to have screenshots of everything that proved my points clearly cause as soon as they realised that I was right they closed the chat. Very professional. Now I had to pay 40€ for a train as there were no more busses today. A clown company I am never trusting again.
