I arrived at Conradstraat Rdam way before the 1:35pm bus time. The bus kept being delayed. When I saw one to Sloterdijk arrive around 2:25pm I went to the driver to confirm that he was going to Schiphol. He said no and that he was going to Amsterdam Centraal Station. I offered to show him ticket bc I just need to get near Amsterdam. He refused to, demanded money instead and told me to look at the app. After he left I saw that he was indeed driving the correct bus and now I’m still trying to find my way to Amsterdam/Schiphol. He misdirected me and I was stuck out there with luggage in the rain. This is very bad.Afterward, I had to pay the next driver to get to Amsterdam 4+ hours later because that bus was 30 mins late. The company has not replied to my refund request email.Flixbus has really diminished. I guess you get what you pay for! SMH
