Worst experience of my life!On November 28th, I was traveling with FlixBus from Warsaw Zachodnia at 8:50 AM to Dresden. During the trip, I went to the toilet for just 2 minutes, but the Polish bus driver—who acted in a racist manner—left me behind on the road!All my belongings, including my documents, money, and phone, were left on the bus. I didn’t even have a jacket and ended up sleeping at the train station like a homeless person for two days.I filed a request with Lost & Found (#3213866938), and even though the bus has cameras, after two weeks, they claimed they found nothing. Through my own investigation, I discovered at least five similar cases. It’s clear this company doesn’t care about its customers—they treat people like livestock.As soon as I can afford it, I will hire a lawyer and do everything in my power to expose this company. People need to know that FlixBus is the worst transport company out there!
