Product only partially work. Would randomly stop downloading batches. Also, was very slowing, never going above a download speed of 1.8mbs. For comparison, StreamFab on the same machine downloads at 16mbs. Also, even though i cancelled after 4 days of trying, they have yet to process my refund or even respond.
