Ordered a stick on the 24/9/25 , got 2 emails saying it was on its way but no tracking information, it states you’ll receive one within 24 hours of it being shipped.I have sent 3 emails asking for confirmation of the order and say it’s on its way.Today 29/9/25, I have an email asking for phone number and address as not got the correct information! How can they say it’s been dispatched if they haven’t got the correct information? I am very concerned about this, will edit this review once (and if ) I receive the order.
