This company Commerce Core UAB is a total nightmare and unfortunately customers don’t know this is the company they’re buying from until the final invoice. I, unfortunately dealt with them twice. Both times they added on products that I did not order. I never received an answer as to why they did that, asked them to remove the items I didn’t order, they never responded. Trying to get the return address wasn’t easy either time. The first time, the company kept $60 even though I followed the instructions per what customer service dictated. This second time, when I saw the name of the company, I immediately tried to cancel and was not able to. I was told items had already gone to shipping for processing which was not true. I immediately asked for return address and disputed charges with credit card company. Well, customer service didn’t want to stay in communication with me and blocked my emails. I finally received return address and will return this week. I hope I receive all my money back this time. Don’t get caught in their trap. This company scams.
