They make you add $10 to use their app at all, and there is no way to withdraw your remaining money without closing your entire account. This is pretty ridiculous as the vast majority of FLO chargers in my area are in 1-hour parking spots, where you can't pay more than $2. No other EV app forces you to add a minimum amount of cash to your account, it's like a ponzi scheme.
