The app in itself is no great shakes and the information you get is quite dubious. On top of that, the user experience is really really bad. Unfortunately I wanted to cancel and have tried multiple times. It doesn’t let you cancel on the app and only after multiple tries this week I managed to finally cancel my yearly plan but alas by then have already been charged. Now I am trying to get a refund but the instructions on their Help article are clearly not working. All the links take me to unintended places. Now I will have to spend the rest of my week trying to find a way to get a refund for an app I thought was useless to try ( not even a free trial). It seems to rely on making money through making cancellations so difficult that people end up accidently paying. And then then making refund process also so hard to manage that I wouldn’t be surprised if most people give up trying!
