This company has fraudulently charged me directly for a subscription I didn’t make. I downloaded the app via Apple to look at the site. However they subscribed me on the app DIRECTLY USING MY APPLE ID. yet this charge was made without a clear consent and WITHOUT MY APPLE SUBSCRIPTION. Therefore I had no way of knowing I’ve subscribed so couldn’t cancel it. They even create a different Apple ID email for me which you cannot view or link. I’ve talked to them via chat and email. When I asked for a refund they stopped communicating. I see generic comments by Flo here saying contact their support team. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM YET THEY DON’T RESPOND TO THE REFUND REQUEST. Be warned about this app.
