I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. I cancelled my subscription during the free trial and they took £34.99 out of my account yesterday. Money that I cannot afford to part with, money for bills. I’ve email the company several times and I’m only getting through to a bot. Nobody is available to provide help or support. Avoid this company!

“The only way a user can sign up for a subscription is by tapping Continue on a screen that offers Flo Premium and confirming their consent with their password or Touch/Face ID or by subscribing at app.flo.health”.
This is a nonsense response and doesn’t address why so many people (reviews across several sites) are highlighting the same issue. This is not a fault with the women who use your app, all unwittingly pressing the wrong button! Flo need to take responsibility. Do better!
