Edit: Not only did they reserve the full amount R3998 they also go and debit the installement a few days later R998. They try be smart saying they don't take the R3998 but it is reserved and not on your card anymore so it's basically the same thing. My credit card is now in overdraft and I am going to have to pay a ton of fees. They are a bunch of smart as*es making excuses. Cancel the reserve amount and take your all your installments. Bunch of thieves. The most stupid idea ever, proudly South African. Stick to Payjustnow or Paylater because Float will take all your money x2. I am not sure who came up with this idea but it is incredibly stupid. They charge you the full amount(it is reserved on your credit card). Then they charge you installments. Only once all the installments are done do you get your reserve back. So basically I could have just paid cash. Rather use Payjustnow my favourite or Paylater. What an absolute joke. Now I sit without a ton of money and constant debit orders taking extra.
