Pointless and misleading service. Refund still not processed, a month later. On top of that, they have continued to take further payments. This all comes after a month long back and forth between myself and the merchant and myself and Float, who was completely unhelpful, despite receiving multiple cancelation confirmations from the merchant who processed it immediately (A MONTH AGO).An utterly egregious experience - it should not be possible for a company to exist and operate in this manner.
