Terrible product & terrible customer service.Bought a screen protector 5 months ago and have spent 4 months trying to get a refund for it as it instantly scratched then cracked. They falsely advertise a “hassle-free warranty and return policy.” They both want me to pay to replace their faulty product AND their customer service is horrendous. I have spent 4 months going back and forth with their employee “Jessie” who refuses to let me speak to upper management and closes out my tickets requesting to do so. At this point, as they have broken their “hassle-free claim, the only resolution that works for me is a complete refund.
