The buying process was smooth and intuitive, with timely delivery. We couldn't give 5 stars because we ordered a sample in a lighter shade, and upon receiving the full LVT order, we noticed that half matched the sample while the other half was much darker. It appears the batch was fine, as there was a mix in each box.
