The purchasing process was simple and user-friendly, with prompt delivery. We didn't give 5 stars because we ordered a sample in a lighter hue, but when the full LVT order arrived, we discovered that half matched the sample while the other half was considerably darker. It seems the batch was fine, as there was a mix in each box.
