Had a bad experience at the start due to frustrating customer support. Support was slow initially (2+ hour response times), and the replies felt generic. This was my first proxy purchase, which added to the frustration. I basically wasted a day.I am using puppeteer, initially it would always give me constant 407 authentication errors. FloppyData's dashboard shows credentials in the format: "host:port:username:password" But Puppeteer requires the standard proxy URL format: "username:password@host:port" This incompatibility isn't documented anywhere and caused 407 authentication errors until I manually restructured the credentials. I got this understand after some research.They provided additional documentation which helped, and I added extra-plugin-stealth. And the proxies worked well Proxies work well once properly configured. The speed is also nice. Rotation features work as described but I felt more error, so I take that out and changed to per request.I request them to please create robust documentation.
