I have been using floral image Sussex for many years. Recently however the choice of displays have been limited, also not as clean as in the earlier years and was beginning to decide to cancel after 7 + years.Unfortunately their new staff member who does our exchange was very abrupt and rude on her first visit.Her second visit led to her accusing me of theft of a display she saw, picked up and moved in our restroom . I have always exchanged and they have record of this! This accusation was made in my hair salon in front of clients! Very poor customer service.After explaining I had purchased this display over 3 year ago in a charity shop she still insisted on taking it!However I refused as legally it belonged to me under the consumer act, no matter how the charity shop had originally obtained it.This month I was visited by a male employee who insisted on removing it! I have cancelled my monthly subscription and am disgusted and disappointed in this treatment I have received.Clearly loyalty is not recognised or appreciated
