I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the products and the lack of customer service.
I sent an email on Friday, April 3, 2026, requesting information about the return policy, and I have not received any response. It is very frustrating to be ignored, especially when trying to resolve an issue.
The products did not meet my expectations, and the absence of support makes the situation even worse.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
