This is how I got my refund.Just like you i got scammed in a similar manner.But let me share the way I got my refund.I ordered in Jan around 17th and around 23rd Jan it got cancelled.On 19th feb i saw that i have not received any refund and my 15 working days period got over on 16th feb.So on 20th firstly using their bills I checked the gst number, using this I found who owns the business.Then i went to their Instagram and saw that there are only 3-4 people who like thier post and all those people are from the same family(same surname)and one of the names exactly matches with the person who owns flora sensation as well.Then i tried to raise a cyber crime since the only contact number over their website is from Norway, which seems a fake number.After this I texted the owner initially over Instagram since he has an open profile, but deleted my message and thought it would be better to proceed with a cyber crime filing.But while I was logging my issue i got the refund upi notification.I have not attached any name/link in the slight chance that their system had an issue and if people did receive their refund after a long time.But since the reviews all say the same of getting scammed, I have already shared the process what you all can do.
