I had to cancel my booking, I was told I would receive my refund in 30 days time. A couple days before the 30th day I emailed to check it’s on its way to me to be met with vague replies such as “hopefully it will be there” etc… 33 days later after I finally receive my refund. I paid for peace of mind protection which ensures it’s back in 30 days and this was confirmed further in emails from the company to me. I had to chase up and email back a few times during this and when I requested a refund for the protection they completely avoided it and just told me they had paid me on the 12th of June. I cancelled on the 11th of may yet the invoice stated it was the 15th of may, either way I’m shocked they left it so late to pay me back when the protection I paid for meant I should be paid back within 30 days… they actioned it.. and they knew there’s handling fees.Email replies are also vague and not always helpful.
