Terrible experience. I ordered flowers for a funeral ten days in advance and clearly stated the required delivery time. I was promised that this would be managed with utmost care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered over three hours late and did not arrive in time for the funeral. I will never use this service again—this was incredibly upsetting and deeply disrespectful.
