I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I ordered flowers for a funeral ten days ahead and clearly indicated the necessary delivery time. I was assured that this would be managed with great care and professionalism. Sadly, the flowers arrived more than three hours late and did not make it in time for the funeral. I will not be using this service again—this was extremely upsetting and profoundly disrespectful.
