Floryday do not respond to emails, nor do they have a phone number for customer service. They have photos that are not representative of their products. When products ordered are received, they are not as described and when a refund or return is requested they deliberately exceed the 14 day time limit so you will lose your right to a refund or return in accordance with their policy. Any written response from them is in poor and broken English, to such an extent that they are not understandable.
