Absolute disgrace! Ordered a dress in October for my grandson’s christening next week. Received message that my order had been cancelled due to supply problems and that I would be receiving a refund in 7-15 working days. Still waiting! Have chased them a number of times but they are saying they cannot process refund because of system maintenance. I have been offered a credit note which I have declined saying I want a refund. Still no refund but now offering 10% on top of credit note. Why would I want to do business with a company I have no confidence in. Having to resort to credit card company to take up my fight.
