I bought Flo College to be able to watch my University play football. The first week they had technical difficulties. The second week they said the game was complete at 7:07pm when the game started at 7:00pm. I showed them a screenshot, and asked for a refund for my subscription as they have not provided the service I paid for. They continuously ignored my request and told me I was using the wrong internet...even though you could see I was using Google Chrome in the picture I sent. This company has stolen my money and refuses to give it back.
