My original subscription with FloSports was completed using my previous long-time used internet browser.Swtiched browsers. Updated my FloSports information with edits for my new email address and new password. Update failed.Contacted Flo Customer Service for help. 3 or 4 attempts by Customer Service to correct the problem failed. Their system simply recognized me as a new customer and asking me to sign up and pay again. Just got tired of the same type of fix: FloSports temporary password to login, update the password, and then perform your login again, yet still faced with the same problem.I just finally sent and email to delete my account information and requested that they make sure that the auto renewal was deactivated.Lost 6 months of an an already paid in full account with no refund for April 2025 to September 2025.What I also should do is contact the CAA and the university that I graduated from that's a member of the CAA to tell them the issue I had with FlowSports.And no refund for what happened with my account? Disappointing..
