Since the day I signed up and paid the membership, I cannot access the site. Contacted customer support, and all they are doing asking me the same questions and provided me with the same response, but not resolving my issue. They are slow to respond, even it feels like they are just copying the responses from the email thread. I am paying for a membership, and have not been able to use it not even for 1 minute. Absolutely ridicule's.
