I placed an order on September 24th that still hasn't arrived. The tracking seemed to stop in October, and when I followed up, I was informed that a new item would be sent (I assumed it was lost in transit). That was on November 1st, and now, five weeks later, it still hasn't come. They continually say 'it will arrive soon'. Very disappointing service; I won't be ordering again.
