I have been a regular customer of floweraura but this time I am really very upset with their services!!! The chocolate cake was not delivered on the birthday occasion so it was no use !! And inspite of writing them so many emails they denied to resolve this issue!!! Really unprofessional people !! I am going to sue them for the non delivery and rude behavior of customer service. I suggest people dont use flower aura. Dont trust them. They have not refunded our 1000 rs and they are asking for additional money for delivery.
