I made a purchase and on my side, it showed that it was successful, but upon confirming with Floweraura, they mentioned that they did not receive the payment. I needed the cake, so I made a second payment and they said that that went through. I still have not received a refund for my first payment. The bank gave proof that the transaction went through, and I haven't received any help from Floweraura on this.
