I purchased a Flower Card for a dear friend's 1st anniversary of her husbands passing. I noticed that a spelling mistake had been made and immediately telephoned and sent two emails asking for the mistake to be rectified. I did not receive any response to my emails and the spelling mistake was not altered. I am not at all happy with this experience.
