Not impressed. Ordered a card for my sisters engagement. Never got delivered. They tried to dispute it as royal mail had said it was delivered. I went to all the trouble of getting my family member to contact royal mail as i live in Canada, which had delivered it to the wrong address. Alot of time and trouble, only then did they offer a refund. But also they contacted trust pilot to try and get my review deleted!!!! Shame on flowercard and shame on trustpilot for not allowing real reviews on here. This is a real account of what happened and neither of them wanted it posted. IF AND WHEN I receive my refund I will update my review. The public need to see this , what good is a refund if my sister never got her engagement gift? Complelty spoilt the event. Update They didnt refund the full amount. Good god.
