Very bad experience. They promised ( I requested on the note, and they confirmed in email) that it will be delivered before 5pm, and no. They couldn’t make it, they told me the driver had an accident but the driver had another story saying the company told them just deliver before 6pm.Thing is, it was meant to be a surprise and she already left work after 5pm.Then multiple chasing and calls it was delivered at night to her place. Surprise was ruined, I regretted using this company.
