I placed an order online for Valentine’s Day delivery to a neighborhood in Tijuana that’s about 5 miles from the city center. I entered all the address information and the Order was accepted. The next day when the order was to be delivered they canceled the order and just sent an email that went to my spam folder. When I checked on the order via chat I was basically scolded because the address wasn’t in “Tijuana City” but was a neighborhood. Seriously couldn’t have been less helpful or remorseful that they ruined Valentine’s Day. And clearly they are some amateur operation since their emails are going to my spam gmail folder. Obviously with something like this they should have called to let me know. Seriously pathetic and I’d avoid them at all costs.
