I ordered a boxed bouquet, selecting the pink pastel option for its beauty. However, when my daughter received it, it resembled a grocery store bunch! The flowers were yellow and burgundy with few blooms, lacking roses as shown in the photo. I was extremely disappointed. They agreed to replace the flowers only if we returned the original ones, which felt unfair. The new flowers were slightly better but still not satisfactory. I won’t be using this service again.
